These Terms and Conditions apply to the Strikesphere Join Our Community monthly prize draws (the **“Prize Draw”**).
## 1. Promoter
The Prize Draw is promoted by **Strikesphere** (“we”, “us”, “our”).
## 2. Eligibility
1. The Prize Draw is open to **UK residents aged 18 or over**. 2. Employees of Strikesphere, its associated companies, agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. 3. Entrants must provide a valid email address and any other information requested through the Join Our Community sign-up form. 4. Only UK residents are eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.
## 3. How to enter
1. To enter the Prize Draw, you must sign up to the Strikesphere community using the registration form on the **Join Our Community** page. 2. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. 3. By completing the Join Our Community sign-up, you will automatically be entered into the **current monthly Prize Draw** and will remain eligible for future monthly Prize Draws for as long as you remain subscribed to the Strikesphere community. 4. You do not need to enter each monthly Prize Draw separately. 5. Each eligible subscriber will receive **one entry per monthly Prize Draw**. 6. If you unsubscribe from the Strikesphere community, you will no longer be eligible for future Prize Draws. 7. If you subsequently subscribe again, you will be eligible to participate in future Prize Draws from the date of your new subscription. 8. Entries must contain accurate and valid information. 9. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, automated, duplicated or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
## 4. Monthly Prize Draws
1. A new Prize Draw will take place each month. 2. The prize available for each monthly Prize Draw will be advertised on the Strikesphere website and/or through Strikesphere marketing communications. 3. Eligible community subscribers will automatically be entered into each monthly Prize Draw while they remain subscribed. 4. Each monthly Prize Draw will have one winner unless otherwise stated. 5. Previous winners remain eligible for future monthly Prize Draws, provided they continue to meet the eligibility requirements.
## 5. Prize
1. The prize will be the Strikesphere product or prize advertised for the relevant monthly Prize Draw. 2. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. 3. Strikesphere reserves the right, where necessary, to substitute the advertised prize with a prize of equal or greater value. 4. Prizes are subject to availability.
## 6. Closing dates
1. Each monthly Prize Draw will have a closing date as specified in the relevant Prize Draw promotion. 2. Eligible subscribers at the applicable closing date will be included in that month’s Prize Draw. 3. Where no specific closing date is stated, the Prize Draw will close at **23:59 on the final day of the relevant calendar month**. 4. Subscribers who join after a monthly Prize Draw has closed will be entered into the next available monthly Prize Draw.
## 7. Winner selection
1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries for each monthly Prize Draw. 2. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when signing up to the Strikesphere community. 3. The winner will be contacted within **7 days** of the relevant Prize Draw closing date. 4. If the winner does not respond within **14 days** of our first attempt to contact them, Strikesphere reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 5. Strikesphere may verify the eligibility of the selected winner before awarding the prize.
## 8. Prize delivery
1. The prize will be sent to the winner using the delivery details provided after they have been contacted. 2. Strikesphere will aim to dispatch the prize within **30 days** of receiving the winner’s valid delivery details. 3. Strikesphere is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
## 9. Newsletter and personal information
1. By signing up to the Strikesphere community, you agree to receive Strikesphere newsletter and marketing communications. 2. Your personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with our **Privacy Policy**. 3. Your email address will be used to administer the Prize Draw and to send Strikesphere community, newsletter and marketing communications. 4. You may unsubscribe from Strikesphere marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails. 5. Unsubscribing from the Strikesphere community will also remove you from future monthly Prize Draws. Any entry already made into a Prize Draw that has closed will remain valid.
## 10. General
1. Strikesphere reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend a Prize Draw where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary. 2. Strikesphere reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner. 3. Strikesphere’s decision regarding the administration of the Prize Draw is final, subject to applicable law. 4. By signing up to the Strikesphere community, entrants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. 5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from the Prize Draw.
